We are searching for an established, high-energetic, self-starting entrepreneur to manage one of our highly respected accredited private academies in the Phoenix-Deer Valley area. The Campus and Enrollment Director successfully recruits new students, upholds campus academic integrity, leads an outstanding teaching team, and services as an ambassador of the Brightmont Academy accredited services and mission.

Enrollment Responsibilities:

• Promote student enrollment by developing and cultivate long-term partnerships with local parent groups, health professionals, family and athletic organizations, educators and other business professionals
• Create, coordinate and promote campus activities that generate engagement for existing students, as well for prospective families and inquiring professional partnerships
• Positively and effectively manage strategies for student growth and retention
• Provide and design student solutions that result in school of choice decisions and promotes full-time enrollments

Campus Responsibilities:

• Provide a professional, productive and positive campus environment with a primary focus on academic outcomes and positive student experience
• Recruit and lead enthusiastic, professional, competent teachers who uphold Brightmont’s academic integrity, capture students’ learning interest, and contribute in a meaningful way
• Lead expectations and manage collaboration between administration and teachers that supports continual improvement, sets expectations using measured data, and rewards exceptional performance in ways that encourages retention
• Create pathways to improve students learning opportunities through consistent collaboration with teachers and parents including measured data of students’ academic plan

Business Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day campus operations including staff, students, families, campus activities and timely reporting to corporate office
• Provide exemplary communication skills, written and oral, both within the school and with all stakeholders
• Meet revenue targets, staff margins, and accurate timely reporting
• Maintain campus scheduling that promotes student success and teacher job satisfaction
Qualifications:
• Experience working successfully with customers, families, and confidential information to craft solutions that focus on students’ goals and learning needs
• Demonstrated accountability for achieving assigned goals and deadlines
• Driven to serve students by their individual needs and learning styles with the belief that all students deserve academic pathways to reaching full potential
• Self-starter with demonstrated problem-solving approach that includes appropriate communication, decision-making, and follow-up skills to resolve conflict for a win-win solution
• Managerial experience in growth of a business, cultivating an inviting environment, and people management skills

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (Master’s preferred)
• Educational Sales and/or Outreach experience: 3 years
• Teaching, training, or coaching leadership, preferred in the educational industry: 3 years
• Business manager and demonstration of business performance: 3 years
