Minimum Qualifications: Arizona Administrative certificate Ability to facilitate group processes for collaborative management Ability to use and implement teacher supervision and positive discipline procedures as a tool to improve instruction Strong human relations skills Knowledge of technology and its use in an educational setting 3 years of Secondary Administrative Experience Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or Administration Education: Master’s degree from an accredited educational institution.
