Knox County Schools is seeking qualified applicants for the following position:

Teacher of the Visually Impaired

School Year: 2025-2026

Location: System-Wide Supply through 12/19/2025

Job Summary:

Evaluate students to determine vision/educational needs. Provides additional support services
and performs other professional duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor�s Degree

Valid Tennessee teaching license with proper area of endorsement

Dependable transportation to various sites

Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
