Summary This position is with CYS Parent and Outreach Services at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. Eligible candidates that apply on or before December 3rd may be sent first for consideration. Major Duties: Incumbent's work is evaluated in terms of compliance with program standards as measured against established CYS Services metrics as well as participant enrollment; accomplishments; and effectiveness of the Kids on Site Program. Manages all aspects of CYS Services' Kids on Site Program to include the development and implementation of on post and off post, MWR Partnerships and Chaplain Strong Bonds Kids on Site. Supervises and evaluates employees based on established performance standards. Promotes direct staff IAW Child and Youth Personnel Pay Program (CYPPP) guidelines. Develops program budget and provides to Outreach Services Director for CYS budget. Manages program budget. Conducts analyses of budget variances. Prepares justification for funding of program resource requirements. Collaborates with FMWR Marketing to prepare and distribute marketing plan and promotional materials to appropriate command, units, community and organizations. Performs other duties as assigned.
